Besides racing itself, drivers have the duty to communicate with their race engineers. Instead of going around the track aimlessly during a test session, there will be a briefing prior each session to go over the procedures and tasks.

A more detailed discussion will carry out after the session, debriefing about what is going on with the car, to explain where should be improved, also giving them feedback after the changes have been made.
